Just a reminder that we are sparring tonight (April 23) so bring your mouthguards if you plan on sparring. Also, please note that the May 2025 calendar has been sent out.

New students are welcome! Just arrive around 5:45 on any Monday or Wednesday when we hold class to fill out the registration and get your white belt.
