Sparring tonight, remember to bring your mouth guard if you are going to spar.

Reminder that today is the start of the 2024-25 session, if you have not yet re-registered for the new session please do so ASAP.

Also remember that as of today the cost to attend classes is $4 per family per day. As before, please do not pay with coins.

New students are welcome to join us! On any Monday or Wednesday just arrive about 5:45 to fill out the registration form and get your white belt.

School may be back in session but we haven't stopped at Milford Tae Kwon Do. We will be training with Bo staff in the 7:00 class this evening.

Reminder that there are no classes on Wednesday August 14, 2024 as we are holding a belt evaluation and testing that night starting at 6:00 PM.

If you have been invited to evaluate or test for your next rank please ensure you arrive prior to 6:00 PM and stretch yourself out before the testing begins.

Last classes of 2023 is tonight and we will be training with the Bo staff in the 7:00 class. Remember to keep in practice over the break!

First classes of 2024 are on Wednesday January 3, 2024.

On Monday October 30, 2023 students are encouraged to come to class in costume if they like. All students who are sparring must be able to spar safely in their costume.

An updated November 2023 calendar was sent to the mailing list. The update includes a belt test on Monday November 27, 2023.
